the products and staff are good BUT handicap carts are the pits need better maintenace and proper charging stations. No use having carts that run out of charge at the far extremity of the store with no means of getting to the ceck out or the door of the store .

Tried to do survey but would not respond when I tried to enter code and would not even accept language. I was at Superstore today Saint John nb, east branch on Rothesay Avenue had a lovely staff member wait on me. Her name is Leanne, I had points built up and had no idea that I had them. She told me what I could redeem and I was so surprised. No one else had ever mentioned the points to me. I was very grateful that she did. My groceries after discount came to $2.94. Nice surprise.
